Customer Challenges


The company’s business systems operate on China Southern Power Grid’s cloud platform, but high availability (HA) had not been established. With increasing digitization, ensuring business continuity became an urgent priority. Any cloud platform failure could lead to a shutdown of critical business systems, resulting in incalculable losses. The company sought a disaster recovery solution to maintain business continuity by enabling failover from cloud to on-premises systems.

Cloud-to-local disaster recovery involves large-scale system migration, network accessibility, platform deployment, and maintenance. With i2Availability, once disaster recovery policies are set, any unplanned system failure or downtime will trigger an automatic failover, ensuring continuous business operations.
